1. What we collect
We collect the information you provide when requesting a quote or placing an order: your name, email, company (optional), and shipment details (origin, destination, commodity, weight and dimensions). If you create an account, we store your login credentials securely via our authentication provider.
2. How we use it
We use your data solely to provide our freight service: generating quotes, processing order requests, coordinating shipments with carriers, issuing invoices, and keeping you updated on your orders. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Where it is stored
Your data is stored in our managed database (Supabase) hosted in the UK/EU region. Payment processing, where applicable, is handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Transactional emails are sent via our email provider.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email orders@hnofreight.co.uk.
